Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and onsite parking was very convenient

The next morning, I was getting ready to take a shower and I was walking freely naked in my room to go to the shower. All of a sudden my door started to open without no one knocking, and I had to tell someone that I was still in here. All I heard was someone said I’m sorry. I quickly put on some clothes and ran to see who it was. It was one of our housekeepers who reported that she saw that I checked out already. Clearly, I was not checked out. It was only 8:45 in the morning. She showed me in her app that I was checked out and she told me to check with the front desk. I was upset with the situation and I packed up and I prepared to check out. The front desk manager front desk staff advised me that through third-party check-in Expedia already help me checked out in the morning.; however, in their system, I still had a 12 PM check out. They stated that due to the situation and my uncomfortabilitythat they were going to put some points on my account. Which I still have not seen.

The staff is kind and helpful when asking questions, rooms are clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the city no matter what. I enjoyed my stay with Marriott definitely recommend if you would like a nice stay in Chicago!!

The gym was well equipped—easily the nicest hotel gym we’ve ever seen! Self-parking was also simple and convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location since next to Wintrust arena and close enough to Chinatown. Most other sites we went was able to get there. Easy ability to get in and out of the parking lot with our room key. Maybe when they said we had $15 dollars free to spend each day at the convenience store but honestly when mentioned the ladies there either ignored us or made us feel dumb. So I just paid cause I wasn’t going to waste my time when most times we bought food was just drinks. I’m going to spend most my money out to eat instead of inside the hotel.

Clean and found the location convenient. Price seemed very high.

Perfect location to soldier field!

The staff is very helpful. Property very clean. I had a delicious Caprese pizza and an Old Fashioned at the food court. It was an easy walk to Solider Field for the concert.

The room was as good as was expected. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff without any wait to check in. Parking across the street was quite accessible via the walkway. The city view from the 26th floor was amazing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. And special thanks to Expedia who helped us secure this booking when we were stranded by a power outage/storm and were unable to check into our hotel we originally booked. Hotels for miles around were impacted and Expedia did all the work to get us rebooked while we drove to the new location.
