Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown / Magnificent Mile

Check in to check out, we including valet everything convenient and efficient. The rooms were clean (recently redone and bright. The location is very walkable to restaurants, shopping and Chicago attractions. Would stay here again.

We had a reservation for King Suite room and were put in a very small room with a double. The room was adequate but not what we expected. I reserved 3 rooms and were had rooms on 3 different floors. Again, it worked but not what I expected. The location was excellent. We went to a Cubs game at Wrigley Field and they had pre-printed instruction on how to get there on the L. It was very helpful!

Was a nice property.

Staff was very helpful when we arrived and answered all our questions from transportation to dining to sporting events. I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Clean room.

I couldn't have stayed at a better hotel for the price. Not to mention the free breakfast. The hotel was in reasonable proximity to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel and breakfast are very good

First impression wasn’t great because we had to wait for 2 hours to get checked into our room. The remainder of our stay was excellent. Our room was very clean and spacious. Parking was a block away, but it felt safe. Breakfast was also excellent. We would stay here again.

The Room need to be replaced the floor the walls are so thin !

The room was not a large as the pics, but everything was clean and functional. We could have used a couple extra pillows in the closet. Otherwise, no complaints.

Everything was good except the check in. We were in town for a hospital procedure and just wanted to rest. I arrived at 3pm check in time but room was not ready until 5pm. Staff was helpful but no excuse for the timing.
