Ivy Boutique Hotel

Room was huge and the deep soaking tub was amazing.

Great property, close to lots of shopping. Kaia and Carlos at the front desk were simply amazing and very attentive. Bed was comfortable, tub and bathroom is awesome. I would 100% stay here again!

Would stay there again, even with grumpy front desk staff.

We stayed with a toddler and there were no playpen or crib available so we had to prepare a makeshift sleeping area over the sectional sofa. Otherwise everything was good and as expected.

4 star hotel with no Valet parking

Stayed for a couple of days for my birthday. The room was really nice. Had a few small manicure issues but nothing serious that would cause for concern. The location is everything. The only con is the room doesn’t have a microwave

There was a dirty rag and trash left out on the balcony of my room. The shower booth smelt like urine. Towels were severely worn out. The bed mattress was so sunken down and flat that I woke up with a fresh back pain. The reception desk was managed really poorly by one woman who didn’t seem so care about greetings or customer care. Very dry and cold service. 4pm check in time was too extreme and mean. Very unpleasant stay.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The only complaint was the rock hard bed. We needed extra pillows to help sleep and the staff were very nice to provide additional pillows. Other than the bed we loved the hotel.

The hotel was in a very convenient area. Walkable to so many restaurants and fun places. The staff was amazing! Carlos was always so happy and welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very pleasant and the property overall looked modern. The pillows were the worst, just no support; the bed was decently comfortable. The accent chair in our room was tipped (broken) at an angle that made you feel like you were falling out of it and it squeaked something awful. The kind of thing that makes you realize they buy nice looking things and it's forgotten once installed in the room.

Everything was great, one thing that could help would be to add in microwaves. It would make things 100% better. Nowhere to heat up food
