The beds were very comfortable
-
The beds in 327 seemed extremely hard and not as comfortable as ones I have had in the past.
-
Amazing service all the way around
-
Absolutely beautiful property, fantastic staff, and amazing location. We weren't even in town for a Cubs game, but Cub/Brewers across the street made for an electric atmosphere in the area. Close to everything and very very well-maintained.

Everything was nice!

It saddens me to leave a mediocre review for such a beautiful and expensive hotel. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The bed was much too firm. So much so that I woke up several times with my arms asleep. Also there were a few very loud guests talking as they passed my room. I expected this at a lower end hotel.

No restaurant, bar closes at 11

Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other entertainment area for snacks and drinks pre game. Unassociates Mordecai is great for dinner and steingolds for bagels and coffee.

Great location and staff were very helpful.

The staff was incredible; friendly, accommodating, and helpful! The room was wonderful too, clean and so peaceful! The view of Wrigley Stadium is unmatched! The parking garage convenience made the stay even more comfortable with the ability to explore around the areas and still travel out to a same and secure parking and any time. Chicago as a whole was beautiful and next time I return I can’t think of staying anywhere else!
-
Amazing location to catch a game and walk around Wrigleyville. Rooms where clean and spacious.

Beautiful views of Wrigley field. N/A

Bed wasn't comfortable. Couldn't sleep. Also the noise from the bar area traveled through the vent in the bathroom and could here people talking all night.
-
Attentive staff--especially doormen and valet parking staff!

We had high expectations based upon the ungodly amount of money it costs to stay for just one night. Parking was difficult to get into as there were cones blocking it off. No valet service. We had to find someone to allow us into the garage. Check in was at 4pm, perfect for us as we had just ended the game at Wrigley Field. Our room wasn't ready until nearly 6pm. They gave us 4 free drinks from their bar. An hour into our wait they offered us 2 free appetizers, but only after I politely asked since our guests were getting hungry. As a result of this we missed our dinner reservation as we were not able to get into our room and freshen up after the game. The two appetizers held us over as we refused to spend more money in this hotel and was too tired to gonfind food. Once we got to our room it was warm. Thermostat read 65° but never kicked on until we had maintenance come up to check the unit. He instructed us to not touch the panel and he promises the room will cool down fast. They offered us a fan but the room never cooled off. Morning showers were nearly unbearable as the heat and moisture grew thicker and thicker. No windows to crack open. No microwave. No refrigerator. We loved the convenience of walking across the street to the ballpark. However, we will never pay to stay here again.

Loved the location for our event. I was a little sad the rooms did not have mini fridges.
