Really nice hotel, good breakfast with variety each day. The "lobby" is on the seventh floor, so enter through the parking garage from Ashland to find the elevators. I recommend a 10-15 minute walk west to Wicker Park where there's lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

Lovely hotel. Would highly recommend!

Overall good hotel and quality. I don't have much to say. If needed, I can definitely see me staying there again. They had an internet outage but luckily the rooms didn't block personal network coverage. They handled it with grace.

Noise!! Noise!! Noise!! This hotel is very clean, breakfast was nice and with nice staff. Unfortunately, the stay itself was awful! The room was clean, bed was comfortable and I saw a pair of earplugs that were conveniently provided and placed by your night stand, which I will have to say, this is our fist time. Well, we stayed in room 532, which is directly underneath the nice Fitness Center with FREE WEIGHTS. The dropping of those weights woke us up at 530am and continued every morning. We stayed for 2 nights. Very busy street corner you’ll hear cars, bus stops, and you won’t fall back asleep. If you stay here , request a room away from the gym, which is on the 6th floor. The ear plugs will not help the vibration from the ceilings and walls coming from the gym.

Great view of the city. Loved the complimentary breakfast.

You really can't beat the view from the lounge/restaurant/bar area! Good location for Wicker Park and for seeing shows at The Salt Shed. Great places to eat nearby. Park is valet only, unfortunately, but that's Chicago in general (hotels-wise).

Breakfast staff wonderful and helpful Kennedy staff (mixed). Server first night was great, 2nd night not allowed a drink on terrace due to staff shortages. Non hotel guests had been seated. Greeter was inept and out of depth and argued with surly server who couldn’t be bothered. Next day when asked a question at lobby desk re another thing was greeted with total lack of empathy.
