Demasiado movimiento en las noches el lugar es muy pequeño y los ruidos se escuchan en todo el lugar hasta la TV de los otros cuartos

The access to the room was easy to get to. The room was very clean. There were many good restaurants in the area to choose from. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave, and dinette table and chairs. The people in the room above us were noisy and stomping their feet on the floor very often. The stairs to the rooms upstairs were very noisy and creaky. There didn't seem to be enough parking spaces to accommodate the vehicles;. we had to park in the handicapped parking space because it was the only parking spot left. Also, the water pressure in the shower was lacking, and the energy efficient lighting could get annoying if you forgot to turn on the light switch while you were using the toilet and the lights go black!

My flight was delayed. I attempted to reach the hotel many times to advise them. Friday morning when I was able to speak with someone I was told I was a no show my reservation was canceled and would be charged one night. When I explained. Was responded with a very rude employee name Jessica. Who told me to take it up with my booking agency. To which I'm glad I didn't stay there. And unhappy that I will be charged 133 for one night of no rental.

The only reason why I would say it was terrible had nothing to do with management whatsoever. The person that they had working there as an Indian guy that was very rude not only to me but even to the team at Expedia you can definitely look into it because there is an open case about it. The assistant manager that's there has been nothing but stellar professional and I met her husband too. And then the day I will stay back at that hotel again hopefully they will never have that guy working there at Indian guy that has no couth whatsoever he needs to learn manners if he's here in America.

My favorite place to dip in for an overnight in the city!

Property was cleaned and good for staying

This is a cheap hotel outside of the core of the city. We wanted to save money and be within walking distance of Grandma's retirement facility. This fit the bill! Rooms were clean. The key cards worked. The shower had hot water. Rooms each have a small round table and two little chairs. Beds were all king-size and firm. All we did in the room was sleep, and the hotel was perfectly adequate for that purpose. This is a cheap hotel, so have reasonable expectations. We would totally stay here again, for the price. But here are our complaints: pillows were thin. There is no closet or even a rod or hook to hang clothes. People congregated outside our rooms at night (11pm-1am), making noise and rattling the door handles.

Super friendly people! Always willing to help out when things don't go the way you plan. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again! I like clean rooms and easy checkouts.

Okay, we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel. It is, after all, Roadway Inn. Since we were only in town for a wedding, we booked based on price and location. This property is definitely dated. I don't know if it was the area of the town, but the "office, front desk" was behind a sheet of bullet proof glass with a speaker hole and a gas station tray to pass your info thru. The clerk was friendly enough, but complained about a delivery guy that came while I was checking in. She assured me that the entire parking area and doors to rooms were under surveillance 24/7. We walked into our 2nd floor room after climbing a very narrow and steep staircase but were pleasantly surprised to see a clean room at first glance. After checking for bedbugs and finding no evidence of them, we were satisfied with the accommodations for the price we paid. When planning on taking a shower before we left for the wedding, we noticed that there was only one washcloth and two bath towels, no hand towels, no amenities except one small bar of hand soap. I went down to the office and told the desk clerk that we only had one washcloth and he said "that's because we probably ran out, washcloths are hard to come by, sorry." I said OhhhKaay and went back to tell my wife. Thankfully, she is always prepared and brought along some washcloths she uses for removing makeup, so, we made do. All in all, this isn't the worst place we've ever stayed, trust me, we've stayed in places far worse than this.

The staff were helpful and responsive. The location is excellent - close to what I wanted and with several eating choices within walking distance. The room was clean and felt secure. The wifi was very good - no problems at all. There were few amenities. There is no closet and no real place to hang clothes. I was able to use the sprinkler system's plumbing, but shorter people would have no options. There were no hand towels, just bath towels and wash cloths. There was absolutely no place in the shower to put soap, shampoo, etc. There were two bathroom lights, one which automatically turned on the fan and the other which was on a motion detector, but only lasted 30 seconds, which wasn't enough time to complete a toilet stop without waving my hands. There was no suitcase stand - I used the dresser, but someone shorter couldn't possibly have done that - the only other choice was the floor.

The lady staff when we checked in was very helpful. Property outside was little dirt room was great and comfortable.

The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly! But when we asked for more towels they didn't provide us with more because they didn't have hither they said, they limited the clean towels i didn't like that, other than that it was great.
