Micheal and Adrian gave great service. I was pleased with my stay. Definitely will stay again if I'm in the area.

Staff was little rude

You get what you pay for. Room was clean. Be aware, no refrigerator, no microwave. My biggest complaint is that the ONLY power outlet (other than the bathroom) was on the bedside lamp! No wall outlets anywhere, except the one used for the TV, which was inaccessible as the dresser was in front of it. There is an IHOP less than a block away that you can walk too. Again, this was OK for the price, just know what you are getting in to.

This was a very utilitarian old school drive-up motel. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and functional. We were happy that the ice machine worked well. The location turned out to be good for us. The parking lot was a little challenging, but we quickly figured out it was best to park in the open area on the far left side.

It was great for the stay.

I got there at noon trying to verify that my rooms would still be available at 10pm as I wouldn’t get there till after a baseball game, he kept repeating that check ins weren’t until 3 and kept blowing me off. I had to physically stop there before we went to the stadium cause no one was answering the phones. I wasnt trying to check in early, I was just trying to verify our rooms would still be available at 10pm. He kept interrupting me with “check ins are at three, no exceptions” I was like dude I’m not trying to check in, I just want to make sure our rooms will still be here at 10pm. He just ignored what I was trying to ask him, and kept repeating “check in is at 3” I tried to cancel the booking but Expedia said they could still charge me. Our rooms were there at 10 pm but it would have been nice to not spend the whole day wondering, if we’d have our rooms, or a 4 hour drive ahead of us at the game.

Everything was really good, clean room, self parking right in front of the room, super good definitely I will go again

The staff were polite but be prepared to put down a $100 deposit which I was NOT aware of. Was told it would be put back on my card in about a week... The property was clean but worn down and worn out. Not much room in the parking lot. And the walls are paper thin so you could hear noisy neighbors having conversations at 1 am in the morning. It was an ok stay I guess.

The price was decent and there was plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. The beds weren't very comfortable and there was not fridge/microwave in the room or a hair dryer (not a deal breaker but just inconvenient). Although there was plenty of parking, the spots were so close together which left little to no room to turn around to leave the parking lot.

The property itself is very old and as a result upgrades and moderate remodeling is highly recommended, wifi is HORRIBLE, for the connection is not consistent. However,the housekeeping service was great.

We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in early. Location. We were there for a concert at Wrigley field. It was the only place available within 10 miles. You couldn't find a more budget friendly place no matter how hard you tried. The office guy was randomly cursing out some old guy as we were waiting in the office. It was uncomfortable. There were people outside at all hours arguing? Planes start flying overhead at about 430am.

Easy access. Some bed sheets had cigarette marks.

The hotel staff’s behavior was disappointing. I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me, as he seemed irritated and displayed a lot of attitude. He was not willing to listen or understand my concerns as a customer, which made the experience unpleasant.
