The place is much nicer I thought

Super cheap. Excellent location. Clean rooms. But be prepared…it is very dated. But super charming.

It is comfortable and clean, and on various public transportation lines. Also a walking distance from Cafes and restaurants in Anderson I'll. The breakfast was bad, and I suggest that you bring something for breakfast, or eat out, rather than "enjoy" the 3 dry cereal selection that they offer (and some pouches of instant oatmeal. Place for a traveller on a budget. That said, not a bad

the property was as expected for the price. the room was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the privacy wall enclosing the property from the general public, making us feel much better about parking. the staff were very attentive to their property which helped us feel better about safety. we'd stay there again if necessary.

It was simple and good. It was worth the price. It was very clean and staff was nice. We loved the free parking and the location was good not far from a dunkin and other food places.

Breakfast only includes cereal and bag of oatmeal. Price and location were good.

Great place to stay near transportation , clean and affordable!

They are trying but it just is old. No fridge. No microwave. No ice machine . No AC when I was there in May. It is Convenient for sure. Just not the ritz (or even close)

The cleaning staff were super sweet and polite. Plenty of soaps and towels ( that I didn't use) and the pillows were decent. Easy access to Various eateries and night life, some within walking distance. The day shift front desk clerk was arrogant, condescending and just plain old rude. I felt somewaht safe but ambulance sirens and fire trucks almost every hour. The WiFi was so spotty that I didn't get a signal.for 80% of the time I was there. So no working from the motel. The price was a bit high for the accommodations as well.

It was great! Charmingly retro and it did the job for a great stay at a great price.

Room was clean. Neighborhood was safe. Nothing fancy, but for the price, not bad at all. Maybe 10 min drive from Wrigley. Free parking is huge for that area!

Nothing Everything, dirty, non comfortable, lies about the breakfast included, there were 3 cereals to chose from all containing nuts (I am allergic to it), 1 bottle of milk and 1 of juice for the entire motel clientele… the worst place I have ever been!

The motel is very basic. If you are looking for a room to sleep in and don’t need any extras. This is your place, a clean bed to sleep in, cable tv, and free parking. We needed a budget place to stay and this did the trick. The staff we encountered were very polite and accommodating.

Affordable, comfortable, great location.

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here for a night and were surprised how clean it was. Highly Recommended

Clean room, Staff was great, very helpful. No frills motel. Close to bus stops so easy to get to the L. Free parking which was great! Could have had a couple more channels on tv (only 3). And maybe a small selection of something besides cereal for breakfast. But we would stay there again!!
