It was fairly outdated and acceptable if you are with a family . Valet parking was just as expensive as a high end hotel, though.

Accessible to public transportation including buses to the Obama Center.

I did not like the parking I did not like that I had to pay $70 Per night for ballet parking I did not like that I did not have a view of the lake I did not like that they did not clean my room the entire time I was there and that I had to request additional tiles

Superb

The hot breakfast was great. One morning the coffee was not ready when breakfast started. Another morning they ran out of hot water quite early....those are tough things to guage. The location was wonderful for catching city transit and attending the Air and Water Show. Downtown Chicago is beautiful and interesting.

Location,excellent service from everyone. When I looked out my windows, of a room i booked months ago, and being our first time in Chicago, I was a little disappointed when we saw a dump heap. It was my Husband's Birthday, also, so I really wanted a special night. The staff apologized for the construction that would take place around 8 am, I got that, but was hoping for a special nite.

I am not recommended this hotel to stay in.

The room was very small compared to how spacious the pictures looked. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and the second bedroom barely had room to walk to the other side of the bed. The breakfast was ok but, you only get the choice of sausage that was very salty, eggs, and potato’s. They had apples and bananas but both were frozen. Nobody came to our room during our stay to clean or take trash or anything. Staff was nice except when you pay to valet your car it’s helpful because of the city but, you will sit around for anywhere from 30 minutes to a hour waiting on the valet. Front desk said they would let them know and we didn’t see anyone for 45 minutes nor once we saw the valet did he know anything about us waiting.

I appreciated the generous amount of space, which provided a comfortable and open environment. The accommodation included a fully equipped kitchenette with appliances, a selection of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap, a convenient location close to main attractions, and a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast each morning.

Filthy dirty carpet in room, no wifi working. Breakfast not opened on time, and flippant attitude by front desk.

Absolutely hate that I was denied a late checkout two times. I was working from the room and needed a later checkout but kept getting denied for some reason no matter how early it was that I called for this. Super frustrating that I had to pack up because just because I had to check out at 11:00am.

Spacious and clean Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable . Water pressure in shower weak and difficult to regulate . Went hot and cold mid shower. Only 1 tiny saucepan and no oven tray available.

Exceptional

Good location to walk the city. Big rooms. Disappointed breakfast was not as advertised. No breakfast burritos or pancake bar. Stayed 4 nights & room was never cleaned. Had to call for towels everyday.

The location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the room was very comfortable. The hotel within walking distance to many local attractions including the Navy Pier and the Mag Mile. There were only two elevators that took quite a while to catch up or down if you were on a higher level. There were not very many options on the TV as far as channels. The Wifi was not working for several days. At one point, we were also without water for a little while and when the water came back on it was a little dirty.
