I loved everyone we met. The staff is kind and caring,:very attentive. The room is basic, but has all you need. It's very clean. We booked it for its proximity to Chichen Itza archeological zone, and it was indeed close. The pool was inviting, and my family enjoyed it. The included breakfast was healthy and delicious. The dinner choices are limited, but well made. Simple but delicious. Everything was good, but it was the people that made it special. The room could use a towel for the wet floor.

Cleanliness, staff, comfy bed, cabana style, free parking, good water pressure, very close to Chichen Itza, good and fair price restaurant, smoking section, breakfast included. No drinking water, no fridge, no ice, murky pools only one outlet for the computer.

Staff was nice. Dinner menu not extensive. But what i did have, sopa and hamburgesa, was pretty tasty Theres some traffic noise but not too too bad. Breakfast was OK.

Great service and food. Great location. The "cenote" pool was closed

No free drinkable water on sight. Location is tricky for backpackers

Location , staff friendliness, cleanliness Beds could use an upgrade

All staffs are nice and friendly, food tastes good. They were doing painting in the pool in the next morning. The smell made me sitting inside to have breakfast. I wanted to sit outside.

The pool, restaurant location and vibes were amazing. Felt like a summer camp for adults where everyone met up at the end of the day to chat about their adventures. The restaurant had a very limited menu

Pools are great. Breakfast is good. Excellent location.

Great people! Great place!

I liked the location near Chichen Itza and across the road from a beautiful cenote. The pool was cute and seemed to be very popular with families with small kids. The facility did not have electricity until around 6pm during my stay. I was not able to charge my phone and also there was no way to get cash. Fortunately the owner let me run a tab at the restaurant, otherwise I would have gone hungry.

Quiet, friendly staffs, clean room, relaxing environment Everything was nice

Location is close to Chichen Itza. It is a nostalgic hotel. Nice staff. Lots of parking. Hot water. It is a nice change from the sterile, expensive hotels. It is a simple hotel, but I liked it! Room safe didn’t work, it needs a new dresser, and the food menu could have more options.

Interior is old and neglected. Place could use renovation

Exceeded expectation. You sure get what you paid for and then some. Some road at night was the only downside but it was not too bad. I'd stay again any time.

Eggs and ham plus bolillos we’re good. The coffee was Nescafe

The property is well kept the rooms were clean and comfortable always had hot water with great water pressure for showers. Breakfast included is scrambled eggs with ham and warm bread with jam it hits the spot to start your day also coffee / tea and juice. This is a great find for the price we spent 2 nights here yes the highway is right there but slows down and is much quieter at night. It is a great place to start your adventures in the area from Mayan Ruins to cenotes. Would definitely stay here again.?

Grounds are quite beautiful and location is ideal - across from Ik Kil cenote and near Chichen Itza. cost is much less than nearby fancier hotels. Breakfast is included and when we had to leave before eating they packed us a substantial amount of food to take away. Spotty wifi. Kids screamed uncontrolled in the pool opposite our room until late.
