The location was very close to Chichen Itza, and the hotel staff were very helpful with arranging both a taxi to the archeological site (5 minutes away) and a tour guide. The hotel has a large swimming pool which is great for relaxing after the tour. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. We especially enjoyed the salsa verde, it was delicious on the tortilla chips and tacos we had for supper, and it was easily the spiciest we got to try during our trip to Mexico (we enjoy spicy food, but if you aren't a fan then stick to the milder sauces). The beds were a bit hard. While I personally prefer a hard bed, my partner had some difficulty falling asleep.

Beautiful ambiance and decoration with a pool in the middle and a lot of other room to enjoy. There is a restaurant with great breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very close to Chichén Itza and the guide can meet you there. I liked everything.

We liked the Spanish architecture and the restaurant. It was very peaceful and chill. The location in theory would have been perfect but Chichén Itzá closed the entry that is nearby. We could not find an uber, taxi, or DiDi from the other entrance so we had to walk over 4k on the side of the road. We were hoping to walk from the site to the hotel.

It’s hard not to like this place. Everything is so cozy and cute. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Check-in was very easy. This is our second time staying here so we knew what to expect.

Very nice and welcoming hotel with a central courtyard pool and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. With a nice late check out you can visit Chichen Itza in the morning and then come back for lunch and check out. Not too much to not like about the property

Food was a little expensive and the service was slow.

Nicely landscaped hotel close to Chichrn-Itzá site N/A

Price, location, staff, cleanliness. They set us up with an excellent guide to Chichen Itza who met us at hotel. We followed him in our car. Dinner for so-so, not bad not great.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s like 5 minutes drive to chichen Itza and 3 minutes drive from Ik Kil Cenote.

I was confused by the statement in the email confirmation "Your reservation is paid with Booking.com". The receptionist insisted that I pay at check in, and that I had not paid at booking.com. I could not prove this, so I paid at check in. It does not appear that I was double charged, but booking.com needs to be clearer.

Accommodated family of 5 in suite, restaurant on site, cute pool. They no longer have direct access to chichen itza like they used to, which was unclear (and the reason why we booked this property.) You need to drive like everyone else. Also got diarrhea from quesadilla (chorizo) at the restaurant.

the breakfasts were great. My grandchild loved the game room and the pool. The beds were a little small.

Rústico, bonito patio interior con restaurante y alberca, muy cerca de Chichen Itza, buen desayuno

They offer a meal plan at the reception, but you don't need it to eat at their restaurant. At least dinner can be purchased off the restaurant menu directly. There's a walking road to Chichen Itza, but it is closed. So you have to go around - 2 km along a big car road. We used the bikes and there are taxis available. Walking is possible but not ideal. There are no other options and right now to get to the train station you have to take the taxi. We paid 250 pesos for the taxi to the train station. Note: these are minor inconveniences but worth a mention. Looks like they're building a bus system for the future.

    The swimming pool was unavailable!

Very clean. Well appointed. Decorated nicely and charming. Good restaurant. Close to the archeological site. Good value. I was under the impression that the hotel had direct access to the Chichén Itza site, but this has been closed for a while now, so one must arrange transportation to and fro anyway, eliminating what was one of the most appealing features. The pool could use refurbishment and it’s water should be cleaner. The bed sheets were on the cheap side, but it’s a cheap place so normal. But the pillows provided for the beds should be better.

The location was perfect beat the scrum at the gates to Chechen Itza. The staff were pleasant. Ate at the restaurant night before very nice. Breakfast was also very nice all we wanted for the night. Pool looked inviting but after the Cenotes not required. Al good

Charming hotel in excellent rural location very close to Chichen Itza. Slightly strange beds built into solid base, but no big deal.
