Staff members are all nice rooms are clean and air conditioning works great

The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. What upset me was the hold they put on my credit card when checking in was almost as much as the room cost me for one night. Ridiculous!

It was a decent place it was clean but damp smell in the room

The woman that check me in was the best. She was so friendly. I think this may be the best check in I have ever had. Not enough towels by the pool

I liked the convenience of the complimentary breakfast each morning of my stay. Was able to grab something quick before leaving each morning, all though things were usually out of stock and we weren't there past 7:00 each morning. I did not like that so many parking spots were reserved for Diamond Members. I was solo with two small children having to unload and get in each day making it more difficult not getting a decent parking spot most times. I also never got my room cleaned during my 4 day stay, even after requesting for a full cleaning service after my first full day. I had to call back and have someone at least come and get my trash, they never did so I bagged it up myself and asked the front desk where I could take it and they directed me to put it in a trash can that was outside next to the entrance that was already packed full. I had to ask for fresh towels twice also. On the last night there, my 5 year old daughter pulled back the bed sheet and accidentally pulled off one of the mattress protectors as well and there was brown staining all over the edge of it. We did not eat or drink in our beds, so there was no way it was from us. This made me feel disgusting knowing my children slept on a nasty bedding.

Very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Family friendly.

The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. All of the staff were friendly, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again! ?⭐

Hotel was without water when we checked in, I understand things happen but no mention of refund if we wanted to go elsewhere or anything along those lines

Had dental surgery did not get to experience breakfast daughter stayed with me. She does not eat breakfast. If I could have it eaten I would have Great! I'm only 107th service and stay was very satisfactory

Convenient Price

The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kept the containers full. THEY DID IT WITH A SMILE! Honestly some unruly guests! Terrible kids....the lady at the desk handed them perfectly! We enjoyed without them bothering us.
