There were roaches in our kitchen area

When I book a room there are 3 things that I absolutely require. 1 a pool. Preferably indoor. 2 a hot tub. 3 Fitness center. While this location did have a pool, the hot tub and fitness center were both out of service/under construction. Had this been noted on the website/booking info I would absolutely have booked eksewhere.

Hot tub has been out for weeks and no plans to fix it. Pool area needs work, fitness center closed, ice maker out

The staff was super friendly, the room was a bit on the dirty side, needs a deep clean done desperately

Staff were great. Everything needs refurbishing. Mattresses were worn out. Fridge freezer door missing deadbolt did not work. The dining room seating is worn out & upholstery was very stained.

Staff wasn’t rude at all My room was never cleaned, prices weren’t told me, rates changed, card was overcharged with no explanation or warning

Everything was great bathroom need some attention/remodel the tile had no grout in floor and Sheetrock around shower need grouted water pressure in shower was awfuy

We came in late (midnight) and the check-in was fast and simple. The room wasn’t anything special, but the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit gross, with lots of hair from prior guests. We didn’t try the breakfast or pool area.

Hot tub was out. Room wasn’t very clean. Certain breakfast machines was down. Broken steps on ladders in pool.
