Thank goodness for this hotel!! I was actually walking away from another hotel with such a gross room. The staff at check in was so kind to my plight and empathetic!!! They gave me a room that was so quiet and I got great sleep! Breakfast was good! I only wish they could find the waffle batter that was dairy-free. But that would just be icing on the cake! Thank you again to the Saturday night staff! You made it possible for me to continue my trip!

Wonderful stay. Super clean and very friendly staff. I will definitely be staying there the next time I vacation in Chino Hills!

Unfortunately we had to request our room to.be clean. I do not know what happen but we’re gone for day and returned to a dirty room and no towels. Once the request was made everything turned out alright. That was the only hiccup for the enjoyable stay.

Perfect location of property hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful We received a confirmation and code, but the Inn received nothing from Booking .com. While we waited on the phone in front of the manager who spoke with Booking.com the reservation could not be confirmed with the Inn. Booking rep. then informed us they could not connect with the Inn. All untrue and then they left us on hold until the line disconnected. about 20 minutes.
