We found a fake fingernail on the floor when we arrived. They only made one bed a day (in a double bed room). Very strange. Breakfast was good and on time. Beyond the cleanliness, it was a fair hotel

The gal at the front desk, Lori was helpful and had great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and the lobby had plenty of seating for those that wished to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

Terrific location and very nice staff! Friendly! Hotel was a bit understaffed, surprisingly. We went to eat our breakfast outside and patio was a mess after previous nights (more than one) activities and never got cleaned until I mentioned something to the front desk later that afternoon. Also, our room did not get cleaned one of the days. Maybe I missed the window?

For starters, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. The swimming pool water was very salty and left a very bad smell on my swim suit once it dried. I wouldn’t want to take a chance staying elsewhere because I’ve always loved this location, staff and place overall. I am writing this review because I will return and stay one more time in hopes it is like I remembered it! I am confident this review will provide results and my stay will once again be an excellent one!!
