On our return we booked at Ana Crowne and it made us appreciate BW even more. Clean. New.

1. Room had enough space for two, in term of Japanese Hotel room standard. 2. The toilet space is also quite large (Huge plus), and bath tube is amazingly deep. 3. Located very near train station (5-7 min walk) 4. Many restaurants around. Aeon Mall very close as well. (Beware: Red light district just one street away) 5. Bus station to airport just near entrance of hotel (pay with cash only when exiting the bus, they have a coin machine) 1. Room was not very clean, dust present around furniture. 2. Toilet door handle was loose, and make a lot of noise 3. Fridge was not working 4. Possible bed bugs present under bed 5. Price was a little high for the location (>130USD/night) 6. Definitely not a Queen bed, but a standard Double Bed (Common misconception in Japan)

It's about a 10-minute walk from Chitose Station, but there's a bus to the airport with a stop right across the road from the hotel, very convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, which is a nice bonus. The rooms were all non-smoking, but there was still a faint smell of smoke throughout the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to the train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly Window shades could be better at blocking out the light at night

Very close to the train station (5 min walk with luggage). Convenience stores nearby. Hotel PJs, breakfast and toiletries available. An excellent choice for the first night off the plane, and easy to travel on from in the morning.

The breakfast & clean facilities. Elevator worked excellent!. Nice amenities downstairs & beds were comfortable. Very quiet, close to train station, close to 7/11! No traffic noise. No shuttle service

The location of the hotel is nice. It's not far from a station and there are two convenient stores nearby. It was also near Aeon which is around 10 minutes walk. It's nice to stay here if you consider the distance/commute to the airport. Staffs are also very friendly. The room is a bit small for two people. I wish there are more space. There is an ice machine, but no bucket provided in the room. Also, even the room looks clean, I found an insect inside.
