Location excellent for getting about chitose, cafes, supermarkets, to Sapporo or the local airport. 1011 large room! 3/4 size fridge/freezer plus microwave in room. Most comfortable bed I slept on in Japan in my 3 months there! Nothing.

I got up at 7am for breakfast but was told I needed to have made a reservation so couldn't eat. I couldn't pay to add it. This was never mentioned to me beforehand. The wifi information I was given for my room did not work either.

Very good and spacious for the price. The location is good as the bus stop to all the places are right outside the entrance. The bathroom is small like most cruise ship, too cramped for two people especially the toilet, sink and bathtub. For one person it's ok.

Great value, location, and accommodations. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Fast WiFi. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Close to the airport. Less than 2000¥ to get to airport via taxi. Walkable to JR line. Available free parking. Check-in staff was also super friendly. He helped us reserve a taxi to the airport for the next morning.
