The public bath was nice, and a feature not often available at city hotels. Each room has a private bath and shower as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable other than being small. The optional breakfast was a great value. We had the Japanese breakfast option, and the: quality and variety for the price as excellent. Dinner at this same izakaya-style restaurant within the hotel was excellent. It was so delicious and convenient we are here both nights although there were definitely other dining options outside the hotel. The room is a bit small. The space around the bed and desk was very narrow and tight to move around. The room gets the job done if you need a clean and comfortable bed to sleep. A shuttle to the airport would have been nice, but that service was discontinued 2 months prior. The other options (taxi, train, bus) are doable.

Breakfast was excellent in a small traditional restaurant setting. I ordered the Japanese set which was sufficient tasty and well balanced. Hotel also offered a free shuttle service which takes about 5min to New Chitose Airport. Nothing at this price level.

Great location near the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Shuffle service to the airport was excellent. Western breakfast option was a strange combination.

One of our 'go to' hotels when needing to stay near Chitose airport. Parking right out front. Great shuttle service. Lovely little (womens) onsen on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Rooms are small but with comfy beds and soundproof. Walking distance to several good restaurants and fast food (and a mall). It's great value for money...nothing not to like.
