The onsen and the breakfast The facility is kinda old. The bed sheet and pillows are a little bit smelly. The room smells like old room.

Best part of the property is how nice and friendly the staff were. Always cordial and don’t skip a beat. Also, free washing machine but note the soap is 50yen a pack available at the front desk. Dryer also available but charges 100yen for 30 minutes. Still, cheap. Free shuttle to airport I know everyone mentions the property is old, but I think it’s really cool to find a time capsule like this. Has a lot of charm

Public bath, the space under the beds to place our big suitcases, staff’s attentiveness, There was no proper baggage drop off spots at the entrance.

Good location, near Train station and airport. Hotel provide a free bus transfer to airport. Many restaurants, 7-11 , Lawsons and AEON nearby too. Strict checkin time at 3 pm!

Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy rooms with big windows are what I really love. Good location and warm welcome from receptions. Worth to come back again. The elevators quite small.

Spacious room but ageing furniture Close to airport and shopping area Carpark is available right in front of the hotel Hotel is providing shuttle to airport. Hotel a bit ageing which may need to be refurbished . Bath area is rather small.

Good business hotel steps away from Chitose train station and offering a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is a 15 minute drive away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Booked a single room, it was a good size with room for luggage. There is an izakaya attached to the hotel, the food is great. Nothing. Would stay again.
