We stayed one night before an early AM flight and found the hotel was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, not too expensive, decent breakfast, and a kids playroom that made my preschooler very happy.

Great value! Nice to have both dinner and breakfast included in the price. Also nice to have the public bath. Given the mobility challenges of my spouse, it was nice to be close to the elevator. We asked for another blanket but were not given one. Wow, the bed was pretty hard for our soft U.S, bodies. We could have used an ice bucket in our room. And we couldn't make the Air Conditioning work, so we were a bit warm.

Tasty and reasonable dinner at the hotel, 3 massage chairs, 1 foot massage machine and a variety of Este equipment for free use No free shuttle bus service from the airport before a certain time in the evening

We booked a nonsmoking room but because there were none when we checked in we were given a smoking room. At this time I asked if we could change for the 2nd night and was told the hotel was full Honor requests for nonsmoking rooms

Nice and comfortable hotel located close to many amenities, at a fair price. Good breakfast buffet and friendly, helpful staff.

The Hotel has complete amenities, complete with basic needs, free flowing of coffee, the breakfast is very good for its price only cost 1,400 JPY (pre booked) for a Buffett breakfast. The Hotel maybe old, but very comfortable to stay.

I liked the location because it was close to a convenience store, close to downtown but was not downtown, so it was quiet and relaxing. The parking lot usually seems congested, but besides that, everything was good.

All is well, but the WiFi is a big failure .... In this time and age the WiFi is woefully inadequate and this ALONE is giving Japan (not just the Hotel itself) a bad name insofar as internet connection is concern. Most plp use this hotel as the last stop to get to the airport, and will need WiFi for flight confirmation, immigrations submissions, last min email access, etc and will inevitably remember to pain/frustration of getting WiFi connected in the room.
