Guests are rally respectful. Staff organaizes really fun activities. Food is good for an all inclusive, nevertheless you get a bit tiered of it. Breakfast is good. Pool and beach are really nice. Ronnie was really great and transmited happiness. Overall great stay and would highly reccomend it.

The beach was beautiful! This is the second time at a Secrets resort and it’s my favorite chain. The staff gives exceptional service regardless if you tip or not. They are constantly going around the beach asking if you need anything. At other resorts I’ve been to, the service slows down if you don’t keep tipping. All the staff love to be there and have a good time. The pool, beach, facilities, entertainment, bars, and restaurants were all great The night entertainment was a lot of fun but not quite as extravagant as other places.

The service was top tier Le petite, the barefoot grill and entertainment needed to be more of all cultures and needed more Caribbean entertainment

Staff was excellent. Location on private beach is a big plus. Want a chair at the pool? Forget it unless you get up at 5:30 and claim a chair.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable. We stayed in a tropical view room, which was clean, beautifully designed, and offered a peaceful and lush backdrop every morning. The resort itself is stunning—everything from the landscaping to the amenities felt thoughtfully curated and immaculately maintained. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was dining at Himitsu, where we had the pleasure of being served by Ice, the chef. He was not only incredibly professional, but also brought such passion and skill to the meal that it turned dinner into an experience. Truly top-notch culinary service! Above all, what set Secrets St. Lucia apart was the exceptional service. Every team member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for. If you’re considering a trip to St. Lucia, Secrets is the place to be. Highly recommend!
