We booked a family room and it was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. The lobby was also very attractive. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing was fresh. If you are booking avoid breakfast here.

Very good location in central Pattaya, Walking Street, Soi 6 are all in walking distance.

The cleanliness and overall look of the room, the facilities were good, but there was construction in front of the room which was quite a bother at the morning and daytime

My second stay at the hotel. The rooms and the location is great for the price and the staff is always helpfull and nice. There is a construction behind the hotel and it's noisy in the mornings, but the staff did change our room after we asked, a lot of noisy Russian and Indian tourist screaming in the corridors at night.

The location was great. Got upgraded to a suite. A lot of noise from other hotel guests (especially at night), thin walls and doors. The restaurant didn't accept credit card as payment. Staff didn't always pay attention to who was entering the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and while the staff was kind and tried to help, the hotel itself didn’t meet our expectations. The maintenance is poor, and the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures—likely old photos or just one renovated room. No matter how many times they changed our towels and sheets, they were always in terrible condition—stained, torn, and even had makeup marks and black spots (and I don’t even wear makeup!). Some sheets had orange stains and blood stains, and the towels were old brown color instead of white. The hotel seriously needs to invest in renovations and replace worn-out items. Additionally, there was no shampoo, just a single body soap that we had to use for everything. The staff provided good service, and the food was nice, but the hotel’s upkeep is the owner’s responsibility, not just the employees’. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. We were upgraded to junior suite so we were happy. Pool was very small and breakfast quality and choice was poor and never changed for the whole time we stayed.
