The only positive thing is the large pool with slides for kids. I would not recommend this hotel. The property is very old and urgently needs renovation. The room was unclean, with stains and marks on the walls, and on bedsheets and there were even flies inside the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options. The rooms were not sound proof and you can hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards for 4 stars hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful The swimming pool is good Location is good Bed was comfortable For a family room it was quite small and very dated and the bathroom was narrow,with the shower you had a choice of hot or cold nothing inbetween this is not a 4 star hotel and definitely over priced there are better and cheaper 3 star hotels in pattaya

Great place for staying with family, our kid very like swimming pool and playing zone room. have good location about 7 min walk to the beach and it’s a quiet area. the staff was very friendly and helpful. next time staying here again

This place was perfect for our young family over the new years period. It's mostly outdated in comparison to other newer resorts, but it was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the chaos, with perfect walking distance to shops and markets. The pool area and configurations were ideal, with different sized swimming areas for all of the family. While there wasnt always loungers directly in the sun available, there was plenty of space and room in the area. Staff were really polite, fantastic with kids, and helpful; we didnt have any issues with the service, although there were some guests who thought they were staying at the Ritz and overtly complained about everything and anything. While they did shut the pool on new years eve from midday so they could set up for the party, the staff still let the guests (and our kids) swim in it. Nothing.

Floor needed a little more clean up, the carpet in the room had a old dirty smell, should get rid of it. Mattress sinking where I laid,

Elevators are pretty small so it only takes a few people to fill them up and on a busy day. It’s like having to wait forever to actually catch one that is empty. The sofa had stains on it, which made it uncomfortable to just sit on without putting a towel down.

Facilities was nice for kids and the location is very convenient. The smell of mold inside the room , the linen seems like didn't change or must be changed but it's not clean, Insects & ants , bathroom have empty bottle.

The lock on the doors to the balcony was broken so you could not lock it, a safety Hazzard with small children, we stayed in the hotel in a different room before and the same thing too.
