The location is the best! You’re close to all the action but still it’s quiet and private. Very clean and comfortable at a great value! 711 is walking distance and there is a restaurant right outside the hotel where you can sit down and eat delicious Thai dishes and the prices are super low. There’s also bolt drivers that can take you all around Thailand, right outside the hotel. Everything is super convenient. There’s nothing that I did not like about the property. I recommend this location to all of my friends because I’ve always had a great experience here.

The hotel was in an area surrounded by bars and had walking distance from two convenience stores that works 24/7, very close to the market main road, the rooms are spacious and clean. I like the idea of providing 2 empty bottles that you can refill for free at the cooler (Hot/Normal/Cold) in front of the elevator, some items like a dental kit is provided when you ask for it. It has very good water pressure for the shower head and definitely will remove all sand you might get from the beach. The hotel is color flag friendly and some of the staff are, they are all smiling and will try to help you as much as they can with the information about the area or any questions you have. The breakfast is small and clean but there is no vegetarian sign and it's not Halal if it matters, but you will find the option of breakfast cereal and fruits. You will get value for the money you spend. The weekend was a busy night, the scooters and motorcycles were making lots of sound pollution at night that I couldn't sleep even with windows closed as the windows are not soundproof and the hotel is facing a small ally that is unexpectedly busy. You can hear the doors closing of every floor because there is an opening between the floors so you will be able to hear the other rooms closing their doors at your floor and all other floors. The bed legs were not adjusted and at night the sound will come from the room above having "night activity". I also had to take off some points for the cleaning as the water hose is green and old, and some dust/spider web is hanging at the walls. During my stay the pool was closed for a month, but the beach is about 15-20 minutes walking.

Cute theme, comfortable bed, quiet location Rooms too big for their contents, aircon a little too weak to handle the room size, no chairs/tables on the balconies, pigeons soiling the balconies, no phones in the rooms, no “outsider” protection through possible phone calls or the necessity to use the key card to operate the elevator, only one elevator which is super slow

Kokotel Pattaya South Beach is a fantastic option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay right in the heart of Pattaya. Its location is one of its biggest strengths, just a short walk to the beach and close to Walking Street, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The rooms are modern, minimalist, and very clean. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well (a must in Pattaya’s heat), and Wi-Fi is reliable. The design has a simple Japanese inspired touch, which makes the space feel cozy yet functional. Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth, and the team is responsive to requests. And of course there banana chocochip muffins is a must try (included in the breakfast menu) ? Pros -Excellent location -Good value for money -Clean and modern rooms -Friendly staff -Family-friendly options There wasn’t much to dislike.

This hotel was in a great location! Close to walking street, beach walk, tree tow, even Jomtien beach. Right next door is a very nice billiard hall (personal hobby of mine), so that made the stay great. It’s close to many restaurants. Honestly had no complaints about this hotel. The road that leads to it is a bit bumpy as it’s not paved, but that’s only like 150 meters of bumps.

They don't have an intercom system in rooms if u have to order any thing u have to go to re reception no luggage boy They don't offer any dental kit we have to ask them every day The housekeeping also cleaned our room but she had not given dental kit Breakfast is not so good they have less variety u have to depend on 7 eleven shop Staff is not at all helpful
