Jomtien longstay hotel

Front desk is incompetent and unfriendly. Unable to process billing through booking.com. They let me check in as if my credit card was charged , then 3 days later tell me they didn’t process the payment. Then tried to charge me double the original rate through booking.com. Many problems. Hotel is not worth it while trying to travel and enjoy a holiday.

nothing Attitude of staf is not customer oriented. It is more own mobile oriented. When talking to staff they do not look you in the face. They are forgetfiull. Evreyday again we had to ask to put on the fan in the heat. Breakfast is very basic and not very tasty. 22 days the fruit was oinly watermelon. The other foodoptions were limited and not tastry. Breakfast is poor. Price qualitry relation is poor. Hotel needs a strong manager. Or the manager should be managed properly. The railinbg of the balcony is very low compared to the avarage length of the customers. This is dangerous. Maintewnance situation of location is poor. Receptionist did not read or could not read our special request and was not welcoming

We needed a place with good parking space for our 12 pax van. Short overnight for a shorter drive to BKK airport early morning. We chose this area because it’s close to massages, bars and beach. Everything is wrong about this place. They try to scam you into paying for an upgrade by citing that “the room you reserved is the last room left but the maid may have not cleaned the room for you. However, for a small upgrade fee we can move you to another room towards the front that have been updated…” let that sink in for a bit. Of course I made a fuss that the hotel is responsible for the upgrade since it’s not my fault my room wasn’t ready. Mind you I checked in late, as to no acceptable excuse for the maid to not have enough time to clean the room. So, by some miracle the front desk went to check in the room and 20 min later the room was ready. Let me sum it up, out of 137 countries, various hotels, hostels, resorts, vacation and other rentals, this place is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The security guard pulled me aside and quietly explained that this kind of stuff happens all the time. It was also odd that he kept emphasizing how greedy the Chinese owner is and how he doesn’t pay his maid on time. The room was filthy, the bath tub was full of rust. I ended standing on the bathroom floor and showered outside the tub in my flip flops because I didn’t want to catch tetanus among god knows what else lurks around. It was nearly midnight by the time we got to our room and we had to be up in less than 6 hours, so decision was made to stay because it would’ve been hard to find another place last minute around new year with a parking spot for the mini bus. We slept in our clothes, on top over the comforter and blankets as to not take a chance with bed bugs. This place needs to be burned down to the ground and the owner arrested a charged with a slum lord crime.

Location was perfect for our purposes. Rooms are renovated on the 4th floor only, but we had to stay on the 3rd.

Room was spacious, neat & clean. Breakfast options for vegetarians is very poor. They have nothing but bread & fruit for vegetarians. This needs to be worked upon.

The location was around a 10 minute walk to the beach and had a wonderful pool Old facilities, and the comfort room had a smell whenever the water was used

The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The housekeepers were delightful. Location was great, only 3-4 blocks from Jomtien Beach. Breakfast was a disappointment, with instant coffee and white bread. The front desk always seemed understaffed.

Location and facilities are wonderfull, staffs are very friendly :) The mattress is too hard to sleep on :(

Need organize and painting and put towels in room

Excellent location to Jomtien Beach... Quite Place...Very helpful staff especially the ladies at the reception... Rooms are decent and clean, housekeeping good... Will definitely book again if I come to pattaya Road leading to Hotel is the bad although it's a small patch of 150 mtrs... Local authorities could do something to better it...

The toilet does not have hot water, heater not working

Lack of toiletries. Only one night stand by bed. Lack of outlets.

Huge room. Massive fridge. Not far from entertainment. Pleasant staff. Good price. Hard bed. No lock box in the room. The hotel is kept clean, but everything is very worn out. Don't bother with the breakfast. If you want breakfast, go to the cafe across from the Gold Karaoke. The coffee is terrible.
