The staff was exceptional.including the cleaning staff. They were on it. Make sure you tip the girls for their great work. Front desk very friendly. The deal breaker for me is the pool was covered with little sun. And the smart TV. That was as close to home as you can get. Thankyou…::…BILL T.See you again soon. Love that place. For the value I paid they have a really nice Gym ??♂️ Were do I start ? Basically, you get what you paid for! So my expectations were law from the beginning... 1. The stuff are nice to you when it's convenient for them, once you ask to many questions or disagree with them they start to be rude and unhelpful! 2. The shower stream was so bad, really bad‼️ 3. The bed was uncomfortable with hard mattress, so hard that I had backache after sleeping on it. And don't let me start about the pillows ??♂️ 4. WIFI unstable and disconnected me from the YouTube all the time . And finally, they ask money for everything... For example, I wanted to change my towel after using it a couple of times. They said to wait for the housekeeping in the morning or buy an extra one. Who does this shit!!!

Efficient and clean property with exceptionally large rooms. The property is tucked away, near enough to visiting areas but also quite.

The staff are very kind and friendly The management is terrible and there is no safety. They do not care about guest comfort at all. The room next to mine had a serious fight around 2 a.m. with loud yelling and swearing that lasted until 5 a.m., so I couldn’t sleep. I reported it at the start, the hotel staff said they already knew and did nothing about it for the rest of the night. There was no security, no police, and no action. I felt unsafe the entire time and couldn’t use the facilities comfortably. It was an awful experience and felt more like being trapped with criminals than staying at a hotel.

Nice rooms. Serviced efficiently. Quiet. Security and reception staff good. Shower took a long time to heat up. If up before about 10am it wouldn’t heat up at all and I had to have a cold shower.

The bed was comfortable, room size is good, bathroom was big and staff was great. The location is a bit far from the CBD, the AC needed work as it wasn’t working properly upon arrival but it was fixed after I alerted staff/engineering. The shower needs maintenance as the water trickles/leaks out of shower head.

I was there for a week, before they told me about the Free rooftop pool at the Nova Hotel next door. You folks should have told me from Day One !! The tiny POOL

the staff are very good clean rooms the location is out the way a bit but was close enough to walk to all the main parts of pattaya . The area is getting more good places to eat with good food at nice prices when i first got they the only thing i didnt like was the area i thought it was too far out the way for me but when i got to know it better i found the sort cuts and found it easy to get everywhere .And also only having 1 lift could take some waiting for
