The staffs. Especially the one in the breakfast room. They were very attentive, pleasant, and service minded. The Karen staff spoke limited Thai, but very good English. So when you need something, say it in English, that will be much easier. The ‘very very’ low water pressure to take a shower. It took inefficient time to shower, especially washing hair. So you don’t feel fresh after shower. This is because water from the pipe (sourced from tank on top of building) is connected to the shower room’s small water heater hung on the wall. So you adjust water temperature at the water heater. But even with no heating at all, the cold water doesn’t come out fast. To correct the issue, the heated water should be sourced from the main boiler on top of the building, but then the hotel did not have separate hot water pipes in the system. Only one line water pipe was planned, that’s why they installed a wall water heater in each room. Unless they give guest the choice to use only cold water direct from the pipe (not through the heater), this need to be experimented. The reception staff tried every way to help, she kindly upgraded mine to suite room on the lower floor hoping the water pressure wd be better. It was a little better, but still slow.

Spacious room. Breakfast was very good, a variety of foods to choose from. Great coffee. Lovely staff. Gym was handy. Pool was small but nice all the same. Two 7 elevens around each corner. Towels were quite stained. A lot of small bugs in my room. For me it was a bit far out of Pattaya city.

Breakfast was amazing and very tasty The room could have used a better cleaning service. The walls and shower were dirty and the first day I arrived room did not smell pleasant.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The interior of the room was not completed. The location is remote for the beach and all the entertainments. The sea side is not far but you cannot swim or suntan there, and if you want to swim in the sea or walk along the beach you have to take a taxi and it will take you 20min to get there. And it’s not mentioned in the description. That would be nice to have a shuttle bus to the center. The receptionist was indifferent to our complaints and when we asked to help us with the solution of our problems she said if we did not like it we could cancel the booking and find a new hotel which was rude. And the internet connection was poor and slow. If you need to work online or even check your instagram feed you will not be able to do it. There is a bathtub in the room but it’s prohibited to use it which is also not written on the description to the room.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and willing. The location is okay. The room is not soundproof. The toilet is very dirty. There is a burn mark in the jacuzzi. The water pressure is too low.

It is cozy and all basic amenities are there. Ref, aircon, tv with cable and hot shower. Also near food stores I like that it is always clean. The staff are friendly too.

Was clean and maintained well, bed was comfortable Water pressure was terrible, boasted about a bath tub in the room would take 4 hours to fill it… that’s if they actually give you a plug for it. Breakfast was not worth having cramped area and poor selection of breakfast items on offer.
