The underground parking was not clean. There were litter left in the same place for many days.

Clean and awesome service I had booked three rooms so I have to pay 3000baht (cash ) After you check out these cash becomes useless when you go back to airport after check out . They should make SECURITY DEPOSIT reasonable for booking rooms more than one.

I loved everything about my stay at Aiyara Grand Hotel. The location was a little far from the beach, but was near a tuk stop to take you there.

The location was good My A/C was extremely loud had to have it fixed twice, but had to request 3x There were cockroaches in my room, they had to spray. The hotel is beautiful, but filthy, the guests leave trash everywhere and the cleaning is dreadful

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I’m very happy with everything. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The swimming pool was excellent and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very nice, relaxing, and welcoming. Highly recommended—definitely a 10 on 10 experience.

I was sad about the breakfast as I arrived 5 minutes before the breakfast closed and they had already packed everything away. I thought the breakfast was still another 30min, didn't realize the time.

The hotel staff is very rude and not cooperative from the very moment you check in. For every autobahn requests they charge additional fees and take security deposit for check in. During chekout they deduct the charges for silly reasons like spoon and slippers not being in place. Hotel should provide and inventory of items placed in room before checkin. Without providing inventory list they deduct fees from security deposit for misplaced items. During our stay they had kept only one pair of slippers and one spoon in our room however during checkout they informed us that one slipper and spoon is missing. The breakfast spread is horrible and there are coakroaches all around the breakfast spread. Pls became full before booking this place. Waste of money. The room service also don't clean up properly and also toiletries are not replaced in time. The front office staff do t know how to speak politely and are very rude.
