I was traveling with my wife, and we came in one night. A gentleman stopped me and said that he needed me to check in my friend and she needed to show them her Thai card. He was implying that she was a working girl. I told him that she checked in with me that she is my wife not a working girl. He offered a vague apology and walked away. My wife was very insulted there would have been a much more appropriate way to approach that situation.

Had a confirmed booking at the property. On arrival,was told to wait as room was getting ready. After waiting for 2 hours the girl at the reception informs me that they can't allot me the room as they don't have staff to clean the rooms. Spoke to the owner,who instructed me to cancel the booking as they won't be able to provide me with the room. First time ever, such a strange experience. booking.com should look into this matter seriously before onboarding such fraudulent properties. Can't recommend and would advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

This is not a good choice for accommodation in the area There is much better The pool is nothing like it looks in the pictures neither are the rooms The cupboard doors on the furniture in my room were held together with sticky tape The TV didn't work The restaurant is closed permanently The rooms are only cleaned on request The manager Hamid is rude and unhelpful They have a non inclusive guest policy And to top all that I had £400 stolen from my safety deposit box on the final morning of my stay Not enough time to make a police report as I had a flight to catch but of course they knew that Stay somewhere else

It was clean and tidy, large rooms, a balcony, I had food there that was good, good aircon, and the .bathroom had everything you need It had steep stairs and a building site across the road, obviously not the hotels fault, but not very nice for those staying in it.
