Excellent: very comfortable (huge) bed and rooms with great aircon and bathroom facilities. Gym was very good, outdoor pool was nice. Great value for money. nothing to complain about.

The room was big and the breakfast decent but not as good as it should be for a 5-star hotel. There was a lot of dirt on the floor near the corners. The location is fine, a bit far from the sea but manageable. The breakfast doesn't have many western options. I asked for twin beds in advance and I received a double bed.

We stayed here for two nights on new year eve. It was amazing view from our room as we can see the fireworks from many locations in Pattaya, really impressive. Very delicious breakfast and staff are friendly and helpful. To adjust the cold water to be hot water is really sensitive. I have adjust little by little to get warm water:)

Unfortunately, nothing positive about this property. My experience was completely overshadowed by serious cleanliness and service issues. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room, especially the toilet, was extremely dirty to the point that it was impossible to use. The condition was far below any acceptable standard. I reported the issue immediately, and even the manager admitted that the bathroom was not clean and agreed with me. Despite this clear acknowledgment from their own staff, the hotel refused to provide any refund. I paid 40,000 THB for a room I could not stay in, and I had no choice but to leave the next morning. The combination of poor hygiene, unprofessional handling of the situation, and complete refusal to take responsibility made this stay extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I booked a seaview room which was fantastic. The bed had a soft mattress and was very comfortable. It was a huge hotel that was very busy especially the pool area. Unfortunately for me there were 20 western children play fighting aggressively in the pool and screeching very loudly. Their parents ignored this and ate their self made buffet food without consideration for other patrons.

Service Staff were very helpful. Bus loads of tourists making the three out of four elevators unworkable. The fourth elevator was shutdown for maintenance. Smoking area by the pool was unsafe IMO (See photos).

The panoramic ocean vista from my high-floor room was truly breathtaking. The accommodation offered an exceptionally comfortable stay, with the premium bedding and pillows ensuring a perfect night's rest. This location serves as an ideal and tranquil retreat from the overly bustling main Pattaya area. Given my primary desire to enjoy the sea view (while knowing the immediate beachside itself is not always pristine) selecting this high-rise hotel was the absolute best solution for fully appreciating the stunning marine scenery. I saw Songthaew stopped at the entrance of the hotel, if you know where it goes, it is the easy/best option to use public transportation. Elevator: 3 out of 4 were functioning. The wait for the elevator was often too long, especially during busy hours. Shower: a small drawback was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower. but overall it was clean and good. Breakfast: The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On the first day, as a Booking.com guest, I was directed to a separate area that offered very limited, low-quality items. However, the next day, I was seated in the regular area, where the quality was much better. No explanation was given for this sudden change.

Location was okay the view was great and that's where it stops. No hot water in the bathroom Basins X2 rooms, shower was okay small bathroom, no USB ports in bedrooms. Pool plus bar shuts at 10 pm every night. The shuttle only runs hourly.
