The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return on my next visit Nothing

The place is not clean at all. The room lights are white. It feels like a hospital in a hotel. There is absolutely no comfort. The air conditioning is very bad; it's cold but damp.

Good breakfast lots of options of food, clean room. The premier room was a fantastic sea view. What really I didn’t like about this property is the wifi download didn’t get to 35 mpbs and the upload was 9 mpbs didn’t see any paid wifi. The phone is useless you cannot dial out. It’s only for the Hotel use only. Also the location is next to night life famous street SOI 6 which means no balcony sitting from 4 pm till 3 AM if you don’t like the blast music. You will hear your next door neighbouring room conversation and TV.

The location and views from balcony were great. I had the perfect view of the famous Pattaya City sign. Property and facilities were immaculate. It has the largest hotel pool I’ve ever swam in. Staff gave 5-star service throughout my stay. I ordered room service 3 times. Each time, I wasn’t given napkins with my utensils. I had to use tissues.

For a four-star hotel, I would expect the “little things” since I was paying the equivalent of $80 USD per night….A LOT OF MONEY… The Negatives: A) Maid room make-up service, which they DID NOT DO on my two-night stay…then when I politely called down to the front desk to at least bring me my two bottles of water and toilet paper — some employee kid started slamming on my door and acted super “cocky” proceeded swearing at me in Thai and the rude brat forgot my TP on top of that. I expect employees like that back in USA but not in Thailand! B) After I renewed my room for another night, one of the card keys was not activated. C) The downstairs public men’s bathroom has a little uneven “step” upon exiting. I almost tripped and broke my face. D) The A/C was not functioning properly in the room. E) First day on checking-in, I had to use a backup credit card as my preferred credit card was not being read by the hotel’s credit card reader. The next day when I renewed, the preferred credit card worked fine…A tech glitch I am sure…. The Positives: A) Location is SUPERB! Right next to my fav’ street, Soi 6, as well as the beach and two wonderful night markets! B) A nice view from my beach facing window. LOCATION! Great view!

The positives: The view and location!! Clean room. Near the beach and Soi 6!!!! GREAT LOCATION. Nice desk ladies. The negatives -- I renewed for a second night. The hotel did not perform the makeup room clean service between stays. I kindly called down to the desk and told them not to worry about making up the room but that they at least bring up my two bottles of water and some tp (toilet paper). The kid who brought it was the only rude, repeatedly knocking loudly on my door, swearing at me in Thai, person in hospitality I had ever encountered here after living in Thailand more than a year! Maybe he was having a bad day or got "outed" for not doing my room? I do not know? Notwithstanding, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and had good customer service skills. The aircon did not work properly in my room. My preferred credit card worked only the second night; the cc card reader did not work on my card the first night. There is a step coming out of the main lobby public men's room that is not marked and difficult to see -- I almost tripped and broke my face.
