I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I booked a double-bed room for two persons, which is clearly designed to accommodate two guests. However, at the time of check-in, the staff insisted that the booking was only for one person and refused to allow both of us to stay in the same room. Despite explaining that the room was suitable for two people, they did not cooperate or offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was forced to book an additional room unnecessarily, which increased my expenses. This policy and the way it was handled were quite unreasonable. It raises a serious concern — if I had been traveling with my wife, would we have been forced to stay in separate rooms as well? Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor customer handling made the experience frustrating. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their booking clarity and customer service approach.

The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a weird smell coming from the bathroom but I had a air freshener device that got rid of the smell temporarily so I didn't bother to let the staff know about the smell

Right in the heart of Soi 6 night life. Staff were super friendly and happy to see you every time you come in the door. Bars close at 2AM and the noise goes down. Windows are double pain sound insulated so that helped. No elevator and steps are very very narrow. Be careful if you are out enjoying the area and come back tipsy

From the moment I arrived, at Queen Victoria Inn was nothing short of exceptional. Here’s why we left with smiles on our faces and a plan to return. The front desk team greeted me with genuine smiles and took the time to note our preferences for the stay. Check-in was easy my room was bright, airy, and impeccably clean. The bed was cloud-soft, with high-quality linens that made for restful nights. Breakfast offered a superb spread—fresh pastries, hearty hot dishes, and excellent coffee. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight. The hotel staff were amazing in every way. I will miss them the most. They were so helpful. They even helped me plan out some of my tours. I'm truly going to miss them. There were nothing to dislike , everything was great.

Staff was awesome. After my stay at a different hotel and bad experience I had there. The staff at Queen Victoria Inn was refreshing and made my holiday great again. There really isn't anything.I thought the whole experience was great.

Being that its on Soi 6 I expected it to be noisy.

Location is very convenient to anywhere. Downstair restaurant is good; they have breakfast / lunch special every day.

The location can't be better if you are into night life and not looking for a quiet place. The rooms have everything expected at this price point. Nothing, everything was great.
