Nice gym and pool, views are spectacular and property in great condition. Location is farther from walking street but very close to the Sanctuary of Truth and few nice cafes nearby in walking distance. Booked deluxe room but got double room with twin beds as they had overbooked/sold out. Communication with staff was a challenge. No responses from staff prior to checking in and no communcation whatsoever.

Worse check in and front desk experience of my life. Could have stayed for one week but left after the first night. Staff can not communicate in English and front desk management only made things worse. Hotel is ok but not worth the hassle with much better options around.

Appeared at 10 out of 10 5 star hotel...only 2 March 24 reviews so thought it must be a new hotel . Staff tried to be helpful and we had to use translator apps. The hotel was like a ghost own. Litter in the waiting area. Room was tired, wood work chipped, one chair in whole room, no chairs or stools even on balcony. Went to reception to ask if we could have wine, glasses etc brought up to room, told no room service, not even service, would have to leave hotel, purchase and bring back to room. Asked if we could have chairs or even cushions for balcony and they translated that no becuase if we break we pay. no music, whole hotel completely empty.

Not very expensive and plenty of parking space They’ve tried to renovate, but it remains an old building and the rooms are not up to par. For the “sea view” you need really good eyes. Worst was the breakfast. Instead of several bread choices as indicated on the pictures, there was only a very simple and extremely dried out, cheap kind. Scrambled eggs? Sure, you can choose from a total of 3 ingredients, no cheese, no mushroom etc. If you are lucky enough to find a table, you must ensure extremely loud Chinese groups, obviously coming on cheap tours. For me it was once, but never again
