So clean you can eat off the floor. The location. There’s not much to do within walking distance.

Pingping Table First of all steps, it is uuite inconvenience if you have many heavy luggages because you either have to carry them up the stairs both from the main entrance or the parking. Although there is a slope at the front of the hotel but it is quite long distance. Secondly, there are often groups of noisy Chinese tourists that always make loud noises all the time so it is very difficult to sleep at night. Moreover, there should be coffee and tea available in the room but I found nothing! Guest must request for in-room free complementary. And last, reception should be more thoughtful, I booked a room that included breakfast for two but she told me I didn’t, and told me to buy the breakfast coupon until I insist and show my booking from Booking.com app to prove that I am right.

Clean facility, helpful staff. Room safes not secured to anything and can be removed from the rooms easily. If they don't have a full booking, they will not serve a breakfast buffet. They'll attempt to just make you items a la carte, with a greatly reduced menu. No coffee at breakfast. This hotel seems geared solely for Chinese tourists.

The hotel is stunning, we couldn’t believe the quality for the price. It was spotless and clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, big communal areas to use. Good location. Needs more sun loungers
