Good place to stay. Deep pool and can eat local. Main thing was the electric plugs were all very old, loose and would not work.

Excellent stay...room is spacious, clean and comfortable... relaxing pool area...good restaurant too... definitely very good value!

Has everything. Good swimming pool. Internet was not as good as I would have liked. Need a small drying rack on balcony to dry towels.

Nothing. Only the Bed was good and rest everything was below standard. 1. Location 2. Their rules and regulations. 3. Facilities ( They provided only two plastic disposable glasses for drinking water for four days. I have been to Thailand many many times and this is my experience. 4. There's no Kettle in the room. When asked for one they said have to pay THB 100/day which was unacceptable. 5. Very old building and furniture. 6. I will never go there again or recommend to anyone. 7. On the last day of my stay from 11.30 they started knocking the door asking me to leave. 8. Finally I give them 00/100 marks.

This place is absolutely relaxing and pleasant, with nice well-maintained rooms and garden. The pool is just perfect with sun-beds around. I have been visiting this place since 2020 because of its kitchen which offers a really good western and thai food as well. The room is also nice, clean, with nice big balcony. If you come for food, you still can use the pool and relax on sun-beds. Thank you very much! No complaints.

There are so many restrictions are made uncomfortable.

Love this place! Been coming for years! Accidentally booked 2 twin beds but they let us upgrade to a king bed. Will be back next time visiting Pattaya Always a good stay

Service is very Bad . Checkout Timing is 12 PM but Housekeeping coming in my room sarting 11 :15 that you have checkout checkout. I was taking shower she is standing outside my room for 15 mins without guest permission

It’s a little bit different from last time . They have new TV . Clean and nice place.. I forgot something in my room and when I go back 7 hours later they said that put already in the garbage. That’s why I leave my phone and my email. To connect with me , but nobody did .

Beautiful swimming pool unfortunately it is close at 18:00 everyday.

I stayed here for 4 days but I didnt like anything. I wasted my time and money here I dont like the behavior of the staff here they are very rude i was disappointed on how they treat the guests, they dont embody the thai culture of hospitality, even you go to their page, on how they reply to the comments are very disgusting even the owner of this resort, definitely i will not comeback and tell to my friends not to try this resort! I dont like the rooms, its too old and creepy, there is no lift, there are so many rules to follow in this resort so you will not enjoy staying here just to follow their non sense rules,

The atmosphere and the pool are always a pleasure. It’s at a nice location that’s away from mainstream Pattaya, and they have good parking:) The hotel staff are usually nice but sometimes a little unwelcoming :(

I have stayed here numerous times over the last 5 years as is but this time was offered a discounted deal of nearly 50% off. So I thought as I was only there for 2 days I would take it. The deal turned out to be in an older unmodufied high floor (no elevator) area. The room was old but ok. No facilities at all apart from small water bottles. I asked for a kettle and was told not provided in that room. I asked if they had one I could borrow yes at 150 baht a day. I could have bought one for 120 baht. I pointed out I had been a frequent guest and indeed had tried to support them during Covid and was told “you want or not”? Very rude and very surely. I also received emails telling me that I had to check out before 12 noon or I would be charged extra. I had already said I would be leaving early and in fact checked out at 5am. All in all very disappointing. I don’t think I will stay there again. Sorry.

The pool atmosphere and its deep end are always a great pleasure. The resort area is really busy during the hight season with traffic and motorbikes

Very nice and big swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable. My room was close to the main road and it was quite noisy at night. On-site massage and a very good restaurant complete this amazing hotel. Some employees were very nice with a big smile, some were average and some did not smile. This is life. The restaurant is set up around the swimming pool. At night, the lights are beautiful. The chef is amazing. Everything is good. The hotel is far away from the bars and the crowded places. It is located among the locals. You can catch a baht bus on Thepprasit road towards Thappraya or walk for 15 minutes. Then take another baht bus to go to Pattaya center. The double rooms are very affordable. It's perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers who want a quiet environment. The hotel management does a good job at making sure everyone is respectful. ? ? ?
