Coffee and Pepper Homestay

The rooms are very clean and have a great view. The dinner was very delicious. The location within multiple spice plantations was lovely. To the Periyar tiger reserve it is just a 10min TukTuk ride. The owner of the Homestay helped us every day to organize any activities we wanted to do and also organized the tuktuk/taxi drivers. They were all great and could speak very good English.

This is the most beautiful and most special place I have ever stayed in my entire life. I received a huge room with a magical balcony overlooking a spice grove and a heated private pool. A young and charming man manages the place with kindness, patience, and willingness to help with any request. His mother cooks deliciously! This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommended to be here — it's hard to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Spacious room, really good breakfast, hot water and a lovely view from our room. It was a really relaxing place with amazing nature all around. 100% recommended! We loved everything!

Great location, friendly hosts, nice big rooms with all good facilities. George took us around for a walking spice plantation tour which was great.

It was perfect, with big, clean rooms featuring elegant design and excellent functionality. The bathrooms and showers were outstanding, with strong water pressure and unlimited hot water. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the spice garden. The bed was huge with a very comfortable mattress. The service provided by George and the staff was on another level. The food was amazing. I can say without a doubt that this was the best homestay I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot.

The property location between the trees and far form the city with beautiful view to the natural garden, room were more than spacious, I spent lovely time in this hotel with my family, Jorge I give him 5 star for taking care of the guests and he is ready to give the best service although he was doing everything almost alone, his mother cooking was nice and he arranged food from outside and gave us plates to have outside food on it, I really recommend the property specially for couples Pool was deep for the kids

We have stayed two nights on the stay, and during this time the food which was provided by his mother is very delicious. Area located was very silent & relaxing ?. Overall their hospitality was very good.

This place was truly phenomenal. The staff here were so helpful and organised so many activities for us as well as transport everywhere. All of the recommendations of where to go and what to do turned out to be excellent. Rooms were divine and the balcony lovely. A perfect homestay!
