Good location and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious. Restuarant staff were not as service minded as the hotel staff. Bedsheets showed stains and we had to request hotel for replacement. The staff did find us better sheets in the end. On asking for an extra bed, you get a mattress on the floor. And the mattress was quite hard so we only used it on one night.

Location wise good. Hotel wasn't in good condition, tap was broken, pillow was dirty, bed very small. No value for money.

Best place in Kumily and Kerala. And probably also in India. I cant think of any better experience. Rajesh, the manager is the most helpful and attentive managar you can imagine. He helped me to but the tickets for the 2 days itineray in Periyar Tiger reserve ( you cant do it with a non Indian credit card) and also he bought the kalarippayatu show tickets and for khatakali too. He helped me to reach ones of the best experiencies in my life ( i saw a tiger). Thanks a lot. By the way, all the staff are amazing and the rooms are cosy and huge. Very comfortable.

They mislead us to some other places with a person who introduced himself as a guide. Boating was the main point we were supposed to vist. But we couldn't get into it due to some unnecessary points like botanical garden, which was only a private business center.
