It was really pleasant stay at Hotel Sandra Palace.The staff was incredibly welcoming and smiley face with polite,friendly and attentive behaviour throughout my stay.The rooms were neat n clean,comfortable and well maintained with all the necessary amenities provide.it is located near market so it's easy to explore the area.i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which have so many variety of options to start the day .Overall I will recommend anyone looking for comfortable place to stay near market.Thank you for your Hosptality and service. One minor issue was the wifi which could be bit slow at times.

The room was not clean. the toilet had broken fittings. Bedsheets were white color long long time ago. Restaurant was horrible when we walked in around 4 pm for a coffee. All the tables had food waste & no staff to clean them so we could sit. At the time of checkout, they forgot to bill me for the morning coffee we had and it was embarassing when they finally chased us at the parking lot while we were leaving. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone. 1. Dirty room floor (not mopped well) 2. Filthy elavator floor 3. No staff to clean restaurant tables after someone had food.
