the bathroom was clogged when we first used it, thankfully the staff came immediately after we called

The staff’s response was quick and professional and you can see they care about the wellbeing of the customers. We got to see wildlife in and around the property. The proximity of the stay is close to all amenities in that area. The walk up to our room was hectic and if you are traveling with senior citizens, make sure you book rooms at the lower levels.

My family stayed here for a night and they had a memorable stay. The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained, eco-friendly vast and so much greenery everywhere that they wished they stayed for two nights! The check-in was smooth, to the warm welcome and they didn't expect to be offered tea/coffee with evening snacks. So this little extra gesture is duly appreciated. My family also had their dinner here and loved the options and quality of food. The breakfast spread was also very good. It's close proximity to the Kumily Town, Tusker's Cafe, Massage - Definite value for money. The staffs are also very friendly here. Nothing!

The staff were very friendly. The grounds were swept of leaves on the paths constantly as the pool was. The food was quite good and the manager at the restaurant went beyond to accommodate us…the massage therapist I used twice was fantastic at accommodating my issues having just come out of hospital with certain restrictions for my body. We would recomended this place highly. A number of US tour operates such as Gate1 and OAT use this hotel and so it is very good. Nothing really…
