Staff and room was clean, spacious with all the things that you will need. I would recommend everyone who are traveling to christchurch if you want to enjoy your stay. All the shops, parks are nearby. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. Nothing really

Basic, well kept rooms with a lovely staff. It would help to have more outlets

Clean and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend in Chch. Loved having a suite with kitchenette for breakfast. It was quiet in the bedroom but for the person sleeping in the living space the noise from the parking lot was loud at night and in the morning.

Staff excellent & very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The couch which converts into a bed was not very comfortable to sit in to watch television.

Friendly staff who were most helpful with our train booking, and other enquiries. Loved the pillows! Really appreciated the upgrade to the 1 bedroom unit. We were able to cook a couple of meals with all essential kitchen utensils provided. Also appreciated the 2 TV's. One in the sitting area and another in the bedroom. Handy location to shops, bus and 'out of town' attractions. Thankyou for a comfortable stay. Would really like a small outside washing line. We dried our clothes in the bathroom, but outside would've been better.

Convenient location along Riccarton Road as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Riccarton Mall is also just a short drive away and a great place to stock up on essentials before I set off on my trip

clean room They need to update photos on website as showed 50 plus sky channels but do not have this service . Toilet made a noise all night leaking in to cistern

the shower but had to wait a while for the hot water to come bed hard, pillows too big, marble floor very cold curtains don't close leaving as gap for the outside light, on all night they should have the outside lights controlled by PIR sensor lighting poor in kitchen

There was a joining door to the room next door which was not soundproof. I could hear the neighbouring room snoring, talking, watching tv.

Three days very handy location staff friendly

Easy check-in even though we arrived late. One curtain did not shut properly and we could not turn the light off outside so it shone in.

Clean & comfy stay. 2nd time booking with the motel and such a nice place to stay. Will look forward to booking again in future

Good location. Clean room No light over the bathroom sink made shaving difficult. Light in kitchen area did not work. When reported was told they knew about it. Not enough power outlets in the room.
