The downstairs unit was attractively presented. The heat pump had been turned on for us prior to our arrival. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, my shower ran out of hot water.

Great location, close to the city, walking distance 10 mins with a bus stop right outside the front door, bus 27 which goes through the CBD to the Bus Interchange. The staff at the motel were very happy to store our bags as we arrived early. Our Superior studio was very spacious and clean and had the bonus of Netflix and other channels. There was nothing we didn't like about the Motel

The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The exterior was freshly painted, giving the appearance of almost brand new. However, the interior needs a major overhaul. Carpet area needed cleaning.

Room was spacious with ample light and air flow. Kitchenette provided basics. Bed was comfortable but extremely low. Property is quiet, on the edge of the city. Bathroom was accessible but had no chair or fixed seat. Grouting at base of shower was moldy. Housekeeping haphazzard and had to request room make up

Location: 10 minute walk to the Cathedral Square. Good parking The first shock was a 3% credit card surcharge! Pure profitaring! The most uncomfortable bed: the mattress was thin and sagged in the middle and collapsed on the sides. Very dated unit with half finished paint repairs especially in the bathroom. Dirty marks around doors. Dusty. Basically it was poorly maintained. Not worth the price we paid.

It was clean and well arranged, also calm and quiet even though within walking distance from downtown restaurants and shopping as well as botanical garden. No complaints. Room could have been slightly larger but it was adequate to us.

Almost everything The bottom sheets on the bed was hanging on the floor at one side, and too short on the other side. We had to make up the bed from scratch. Just maybe a helper who didn't exactly know how to properly do it. But it was no big deal. Just something that could be helpful to know.

Location is ok and staff is friendly Not good value for money. We washed our clothes and they got stained in the machine and during drying. Hotel staff did not offer any compensation.
