We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful. the atmosphere was great. I was disappointed that there was only one price for breakfast. $42.50 was a lot. I am not a big eater and it would have been nice to have had a cheaper option. There was no filter coffee so I got an espresso which I had to pay extra for.

Great location and very good breakfast. Hospitality staff were outstanding. Our room only had one towel for the two of us and the bedside light wasn't working. Called housekeeping and reception multiple times around 7.30am but neither answered. In general we found the hotel staff very disengaged.

Lovely Being charged for parking as a staying guest is a bit greedy. Already paid top $ to stay there. Bit tight latimer. Shame on you.

Loved the location I was disappointed about the 3pm check in and the $25 charge if you want a 2pm check in.

Thought our room was a little tired. Inner curtain ripped. Armchairs uncomfortable. Obvious room was missing a bed. Kettle needs replacing: limescale & didn’t seem to switch off. Cups low quality, glad we took our own. Toiletries motel standard.

Location was perfect for my needs. The staff where very helpful and friendly. Not enough milk in the room fridges. I used 4 pottles of milk per coffee. Otherwise I had no other problems.

We were disappointed as an obvious corporate event was on and it seemed your regular customers were pretty much ignored during this time. We ordered a drink during happy hour and were charged full price even after questioning it. Then we were shown to a side area with no atmosphere and shown the side door to exit.. we have stayed with you previously and were treated better. As above.
