Good location. View was obstructed, but you could see the historic tram. No restaurant inside.

Location is great for exploring the many attractions surrounding it. For the shower area, I would have liked a partition proper (not just curtains) so that spray does not go outside.

The location The shower curtain, it would be great to replace this with a shower screen. Water goes everywhere and shower curtains just feel odd in a small shower as they like to try and cling to your body. Show experience was unpleasant.

Location was great and the room was spacious and clean. Pillows were too high which ruins your sleep if you're not wanting a high pillow. There needs to be an option when it comes to pillows. There was no hot water which was unfortunate and meant we had a cold shower.

Location was amazing. Room was very nice. Staff were good. Pool over the road was a nice extra. Hot water was off for 24 hours but that was just unlucky and they were apologetic and worked hard to sort it out. Possibly could’ve left a note under doors to let people know. My colleagues didn’t see the one in reception and wasted water hoping it’d warm up!
