Location is great I have stayed here 2-3 times in the past in 2015-2018, the room I stayed in is definitely starting to show its age since then.

I liked the location How noisey it was at night and in the morning. The shower sprayed water on the floor. The coffee making facilities weren’t good. It was pretty average

The bed was amaaaaazing. Very close to walk to a lot of good area's. The room was a weird layout with a cupboard with tea and coffee at one end of the room. And the fridge was in the middle of the room, but on the outside part of the combined kitchen/bathroom sink. Having to wash hands after the bathroom, and brush teeth near the kettle was really strange. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no door dividing the toilet from the bath/shower was a bit intrusive. For the price of food at dinner was very exorbitant compared to the amount i got. One scotch egg for around $40, and the white of the egg was still slimy

Everything! the warm friendly greeting from the team at the front desk, the extra mile they went to with the kids to feel at home. the room layout and comfort. the breakfast will be talked about by the kids for years!! And mum appreciated the pricing of breakfast too. Something for everyone for sure. The fact we didn't have longer to stay!

Location & helpful staff.. We were a family here for 5 days & it was difficult to prepare any light meals or snacks for the children.. no crockery, cutlery or a toaster.. but this was not necessarily expected, nor is it a complaint, just would’ve made our stay easier..
