Staff were very customer focussed - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodation could not be faltered. Not so much dislike but just a note that having eaten at 1851 Social a number of times, we noticed that different menus and subsequent meals were available at different tables.

Always a great stay at a Crowne Plaza Hotel. Perfectly clean and comfy. We were happy to arrive in our room after a long day of travel.

Great location Very comfortable room They accidentally assigned us an accessible room, and our key card didn’t work on arrival. Since we arrived very late at night, the mix-up was a little frustrating. However, the staff resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, which we appreciated.

Beautiful hotel, great location The worst pillows I’ve ever slept they advertised a luxury pillow menu which were not available on request and pillows delivered or worse than the ones originally on the bed
