Small room but comfortable. Clean and tidy. Excellent location for our visit to Christchurch. Blind could only be open or shut. Could not be left half open as would close on its own.

Location

Location was perfect, breakfast amazing and room service and cleanliness great. No refrigerated water at breakfast, but that's just personal preference. Also, we had water pipes running by our room so were woken up early each morning from other rooms showering

I love the breakfast and the comfy rooms Parking was difficult though

Great location as central to the city and the new stadium, facilities well located and easy to access small rooms

Space is just for one person!

For the price I can't complain. A no frills comfortable room that is a 5min walk to central CHC. The room is starting to feel dated and still felt dark with all lights turned on.

Well located Hotel to the CBD and very comfortable beds and the rooms are nice and quiet Rooms arent very spacious and parking is generally off site

Good sized room, very clean and quiet, great internet, great shower. Couldn’t beat the location for restaurants, groceries, transport and sightseeing. You cannot open the window (which is usually a no-no for me) but I will say the room ventilation even with the thermostat and fan off is fantastic and the air is always fresh so I was impressed. We spent over 10 days and it was a wonderful stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and walking distance to the mall and the hop on hop off tour. The staff were very friendly and provided us with good recommendations on where to eat out. Great start to our honeymoon! The lifts were very quick as well which is very rare at most hotels we have stayed at. N/A

the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. the room was was very clean. The room & bathroom was very small. The window in our room was facing a block wall, so not a lot of light.

Good location and very good staff. Bar and restaurant were very nice. I understand that this is primarily a business hotel, but for us visiting with friends the room was a bit small for visiting for a “night cap.”

Central to everything. Didn't bother with the tram, just walked 10 min. or less to most attractions (Botanical Gardens, cardboard cathedral, New Regent Street, Riverfront Market). Staff were incredibly helpful and luggage storage was a big plus.

The hotel is in a great location and easy to locate. The staff were really helpful, friendly, and gave really good information and reccomendations about the area. The bed was comfortable. and rooms were very clean The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the bathroom was quite small also and could do with some added hooks for hanging toilery bags etc. Price of parking was a bit steep, use the carpark across the road and much cheeper

Good location, easy access to shops & tram.
