Location. Quiet even though on busy road. No electric kettle in kitchen. But once informed of this oversight, they bought one to us even though it was late in the evening Plenty of hot water but low pressure in shower

A fantastic 2 night stay. We were upgraded for free. The hosts are very friendly. It was cold in Christchurch, and our room had heaters. They certainly did the job of heating up all of our motel room. It was lovely and cozy. There is a bus stop outside the motel if you need to take a bus anywhere in Christchurch. A 24/7 shop is two doors down from the motel. We can't fault anything, it was lovely stay.

Only electric blanket on one side of the bed ,the light on the wall was on the other side of bed and the switch for the wall light half way up the wall , not good as had to get out of bed walk round to turn light off . An arm chair would also make a big difference,
