Room was clean and tidy, has had a refresh of painted walls and couch cover to make it look better, it is comfortable and suits our needs. we stayed for two nights and thought we would have someone come and refresh our room on the second day, but no one did, we ended u having a lot of rubbish (as only a small bin in the unit) that we had put extra rubbish in another bag next to bin, also had to buy sugar for tea and extra toilet paper as we had run out only 1 toilet roll and few sugar sachets supplied

The location Everything is really old , and the room was smelly , the carpet old and dirty also the bath wasn't clean, it had yellow stains .. it wasn't like the photos when we booked. We were really disappointed.

The unit was well set out, very bright and sunny. The shower had black mold around the bottom of the shower and heavy soap scum in the glass. There was no tea towel in the unit. The hob could have been cleaner.

The location was perfect for our needs. The shower was THE best shower I have ever had. Rooms basic, but clean and comfy, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Just be careful on the steps and path going upstairs as they get very slippery when wet.

It was really cold, no extra blankets and only an oil heater for heating, draft coming in the bedroom window as one of the latches was broken.

Location perfect for our needs near Uni. Warm and comfortable bed. Shower sprayed everywhere and felt like needles! Decor dated and a bit noisy. Very basic furniture. No comfortable seats. Stayed in a different unit a year ago which was much more comfortable.
