The room we stayed in was road front and very noisy.

Modern and great location

Check in went smoothly. The road noise was intolerable, till all hours of the night. Motorcycles screaming up and down the avenue. We couldn't sleep.

Good location walked to the botanical gardens and downtown, clean room Room was small, located right off a busy road so traffic noise was an issue

Access to unit was great, good size for 4 adults and it was clean. It is well located.

Great location Nothing

Everything was clean. It was really convenient to have a kitchen. The location was perfect - right on the border of the downtown and the residential area. We could easily walk everywhere downtown and could easitly walk to a grocery store in the more residential area. The number 8 bus to the airport was on our street. The street outside our window was a pretty busy street.

The location was quite good to CBD, we used an uber for our convenience. The room was clean and serviced. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. In our room the couch and dining chairs were tired and not very comfortable. The bathroom is very small, and the basin is very small, otherwise it served the purpose.

Great accommodation

Spacious and spotless studio room located on the ground floor of the very front part of the premises. Close to the main entrance of the property, the room was very quite and cosy. Has a very comfortable queen size bed with crisp white bedsheets/linens and four (4) pefect pillows that combines comfort and breathability in enhancing your sleep quality. Has a widecreen TV with lots of movie channels to pick from. Also contains a small table and 2 chairs, bar fridge and an electric cooking top with a wide kitchen bench for food preparations. The spotlessly clean kichen has all the cooking utensils/crockeries you need to dish out your meal should you prefer to stay indoor during your stay. Spacious, clean and well lit bathroom and toilet with clean towels. It has grab bars and rails and lots of room to move should you have mobility aids you can use in the bathroom. The in-house telephone was not connected eventhough it was mentioned "In-house Information Guide" folder so I couldnt call receptions for futher enquiries. The accommodation was breakfast inclusive but there was no mentioned of breakfast when I checked in nor breakfast room service at 7.30am. There was also no mentioned of the dinning room location on the Guide if breakfast was served outside the room.

It was too noisy. I was there on business trip and the first night I could not sleep till 2:00 am.

Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable with a nice shower, Free parking and effective wifi! Every box was ticked!

Not a negative, but its quite small, but that maybe normal for inner city hotel.

Clean, tidy rooms that have all the amenities that you require for a stay in Christchurch. Handily placed to the CBD.

Very clean and warm rooms. Was fabulous to have a lift. Comfortable beds. The staff were very accomodating and super friendly and helpful. I liked everything and my only thing was that there was stand or bench to put luggage on

was supposed to be an accessible unit as my wife in wheelchair. Bathroom was excellent in this regard. Kitchen was good but inadequate plates. EG., no side plates. was supposed to be an accessible unit as my wife in wheelchair. Bathroom was excellent in this regard but bed in a separate bedroom with no room on any side for a wheelchair. The only sofa style seating in the lounge was a pull out divan bed and it was extremely uncomfortable as anywhere you sat the metal parts of the bed stuck into your bottom. It was also very low and hopeless for a disabled person to get out of.
