Great location. Off-street parking. Dogs allowed was the key feature for us. Room decor was a bit tired, especially the bathroom. But that always seems to be the case when they allow pets. Bathroom decor very tired. Shower sub-standard. Poor water pressure.

So much! Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, lovely staff etc Wasn’t expecting room service with restocking towels etc on the day between our two nights! But apparently that is something rather standard! Appreciated it just wasn’t expecting it ! Thank you (and we would have left place a bit tidier if we’d known).

It was a lovely home from home place to stay. We were sad it was only 1 night. Great facilities, comfortable beds, lovely staff, parking just outside the door. Everything we needed for our first night in NZ. Will definitely be back! We loved everything!

Prime location that’s very close to the botanic gardens and parks if you like to take a morning walk or have a dog. The interior is nice and modern and the kitchenette is very handy. Comfortable bed and chairs.

Loved that my dog could spend our holiday away with us! A lovely spacious room for all her things especially her large crate. Also appreciated having our own private kitchenette that literally provided more than I expected it would. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Our holiday had been that good we decided to spend an extra night on top of what we originally planned. I could happily stay here for a week.
